D.Nd: Poisoned has ten different endings: three per basic scenario + one special/bonus ending if you complete the five italicised endings.
“Loyal Dog” is the Matt/Mello ending.

[We haven't gotten around to writing out instructions for this ending, but it is not required for the bonus ending AND it should not be difficult to get. We got it three times in a row without trying, could not find good text walkthroughs to get other endings (until we found notes on an old hard drive...), and that's why we're making our own to begin with.]
